A South Korean boy band named BTS has swept the globe. Seven individuals make up the group: Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. What does BTS stand for? The answer is straightforward: BTS is the abbreviation for the Korean word Bangtan Sonyeondan, which means literally "Bulletproof Boy Scouts." The moniker represents the group's intention, in the words of member J-Hope, "to block off preconceptions, critiques, and aspirations that aim on youths like bullets." BTS declared a revamp of their logo and the expanded meaning of the letters B-T-S in 2017. The ARMY clearly understands the message of resiliency that BTS is trying to convey, judged by their enormous fan following.

BTS made their debut in 2013 with the single "No More Dream," and since then, they have released 26 singles, five compilation albums, four live albums, six studio albums and 26 studio singles. Additionally, they have completed four global tours that have sold out stadiums all over the world.
